We would like to inform and update our customers and followers at these unprecedented times we continue to operate a reduced service and getting items out to customers even if this sometimes takes a little longer, sometimes delays are down to our reduced levels of working, sometimes our manufactures and suppliers who most of their staff are furloughed or working reduced hours. We would also like to inform our customer that while things have been crazy we are currently importing new software and new ways of working in the coming weeks to improve the business and make us a national choice for all your equine needs online and offline!!

A word from our Head of digital Stephen Price - what can I say as the high street looks at what will become the new normal and try to bring in new ways of working ourselves over in e-commence have to do the same we have to implement new ways of working with our warehouses, suppliers as well as the postal services that deliver goods to you our customers. Covid gives us time for change, take time and look at how we run our businesses what did work, what will still work and what do we see as being the new normal!! E-commence before this lockdown still only made up about 16% of all UK retail sales so therefore the high street was still the market leader and that’s the way it should be. I have said for a number of years the high street needs to adapt and embrace the online world to include this as part of a modern business practice, what can I say e-commerce now over 20 years old in general the Equestrian world is and has been slow to adapt many older business making it a them and us!! Well I am happy to consult on both online and offline equestrian business.
